Located in the hotel, Maia serves dinner in the hotel´s courtyard every night. Service is also availabe at Maia´s air-conditioned indoor lounge. The space is decorated with contemporary local art work in a casual atmosphere. The menu is Mexican with a revisionist take on traditional recipes and local sources and ingredients. Produce is all local and organic, menu changes according to the season. Nationally-acclaimed chef Hugo Ahumada is the executive chef and creator of Maia.
