Reservation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY

• Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at info@hotelvillamercedes.com if you have any questions or require any changes.
• Please review our Cancellation Policy for Promotional Rates below. Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
• Hotel only for Adults. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
• Pets are welcome (with a supplement), contact us for more information or add this service at the moment of the reservation trough our website.

For regular season

• A 50% deposit of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
• The remaining balance of your total room cost including taxes is due on check in at the hotel. We accepts cash (Mexican Pesos, US Dollars and Euros), and credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express).

High Demand Holidays (Christmas, New Year, President day, Labor Day, Easter):

• We will charge 100% of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation.

CANCELATION POLICY

• Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
• We do not issue refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances.
• There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.

Low Season: (from 1rst of May thru 30th September)

• Cancellations made more than 15 days from check-in date will receive a 75% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
• Cancellations made more than 5 days from check-in date will receive a 50% refund.                   • All cancellations can get a credit for the amount they paid in future stay. This credit is transferable and you have the right to request it up to 3 days before your date of arrival.               • No refund or credit for no show

High Season: (1rst October thru 30 April)

• Cancellations made more than 15 days from check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
• Cancellations made 15 days or less prior arrival or no show we will charge 100% of the deposit paid.                                                                                                                                                   • All cancellations can get a credit for the amount they paid in future stay. This credit is transferable and you have the right to request it up to 3 days before your date of arrival.               • No refund or credit for no show
