Casa Pancha is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Historic Downtown Core; one of the most desirable locations in town. 2 blocks away from the Ocean-Front-Boardwalk, 10-minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk from Zona Romantica. The property sits on top of a small bluff and our Rooftop Pool Terrace has the most incredible 360 degree views of the Ocean, City and Mountains.
Studio Olivo at Casa Pancha has tons of light and character. It includes a mini fridge/freezer, a bathroom, a desk area and a closet/storage space. The Studio also has a balcony right next to the bedroom area. The room has polished concrete floors and vintage tile work, custom made floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and exposed concrete beams across the entire space.
The space faces a quiet and charming cobble stone street on one side, and north bay on the other side. The unit has easy access to our rooftop pool terrace (shared with 4 other units in the building). The rooftop terrace has some incredible ocean, city and mountain views as well as an outdoor comunal kitchen (just as seen in the photos).
The Studio also includes one king size bed, cable TV, WIFI and A/C.

Están equipadas con pantalla plana, escritorio, minibar, microondas, baño privado, closet, caja de seguridad, AC, ventilador de techo y una decoración única. Nuestras suites se encuentran en el segundo piso y una en el tercero, cuentan con vista parciales al mar desde los balcones. La cama es King size y hay uno o dos sofá-cama. La capacidad máxima es de tres a cuatro personas. Una de nuestras suites cuenta con dos camas matrimoniales, antes de reservar pregunte por la disponibilidad directamente al hotel.PENTHOUSES Los PENTHOUSES en Villa Mercedes se encuentran en el tercer y cuarto piso del edificio, son amplios alojamientos con cocina totalmente equipada, un baño, sala, comedor, terrazas privadas y cubiertas de azotea con vista al mar y a la ciudad. Nuestros tres penthouses funcionan como apartamentos de un dormitorio en una sección más privada del edificio. Están equipadas con televisión de pantalla plana, microondas, fregadero, estufa, horno tostador, caja fuerte, armario, AC, ventilador de techo y una decoración única.La cama es King size y hay un sofá-cama en el salón. La capacidad máxima es de 2 o 3 personas (dependiendo de la habitación). Son ideales para estancias largas o escapadas para dos.STUDIOS Los ESTUDIOS son nuestras habitaciones básicas. Están equipadas con televisión de pantalla plana, escritorio, minibar con mini nevera, baño privado, closet, caja de seguridad, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo y una decoración única.Nuestros estudios están situados en el primer piso, mirando a la calle. Dos de nuestros estudios están en planta baja mirando hacia el área de la piscina.La cama es King size y la capacidad máxima es de dos personas por el estudio. Algunos de nuestros estudios tienen dos camas dobles.
