Casa Pancha is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Historic Downtown Core; one of the most desirable locations in town. 2 blocks away from the Ocean-Front-Boardwalk, 10-minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk from Zona Romantica. The property sits on top of a small bluff and our Rooftop Pool Terrace has the most incredible 360 degree views of the Ocean, City and Mountains.
Suites at Casa Pancha have tons of character with a true open and spacious layout, polished concrete floors throughout, exposed brick walls, custom made industrial metal sliding door, eclectic and colorful interiors as well as really great lighting.
The entire building was completely remodeled this year (2021). This listing is at ground level facing a very quiet, safe and charming cobble stone street Access to the rooftop pool terrace (shared with only 4 other units in the property) is through a separate entrance immediately next to The Loft.

They are equipped with flat screen tv, desk, mini fridge, microwave, private bathroom, closet, safe box, AC, ceiling fan, and unique decor. Our suites are located on the second and third floors, with partial ocean views from the balconies.The bed is King size and there is one sofa-bed. The maximum capacity is three to four people. One of our suites has two double beds. Inquire for our two-double bed suite for availability.VILLA MERCEDES - Penthouses The PENTHOUSES at Petit Mercedes are located on the third and fourth levels, on the corner of the property, they are spacious units with fully equipped kitchens, one bathroom, living area, dining area, private open terraces and roof decks with ocean and city views. Our three penthouses function as one-bedroom apartments in a more private section of the building. They are equipped with flat screen tv, microwave, sink, stove, full size refrigerator, toaster oven, safe box, closet, AC, ceiling fan, and unique decor.The bed is King size and there is one sofa-bed in the living area. The maximum capacity is three people. They are ideal for longer stays or for indulging in a one-of a kind getaway.VILLA MERCEDES - Studios The STUDIOS at Petit Mercedes are our basic/standard room. They are equipped with flat screen tv, desk, mini fridge, bathroom, closet, safe box, AC, ceiling fan and unique decor. Our studios are located on the second floor, looking out to the street. Two of our studios are on the ground level right off the courtyard and pool area. The bed is King size and the maximum capacity is two guests per studio. One of our studios has two double beds.
